30" Straight Bar Sheet Pile Protector

The 30" cast steel straight bar is designed to be cut into appropriate lengths to cover the sheet pile web and flanges. The protector will reinforce the end of the pile for optimum penetration into any soil, but is especially beneficial when obstructions are anticipated. It also opens a slightly larger hole to speed installation and preserve coatings. Used for sheet pile web and/or flanges with thickness of ½" or less. Some sheet pile sections may require a combination of both the 30" X09800 and the 28" X09828 to cover the web and flanges. APF can assist on requirements for your particular sheet pile.

It also opens a slightly larger hole to speed installation and preserve coatings. Used for sheet pile web and/or flanges with thickness greater than ½". Some sheet pile sections may require a combination of both the 28" Model X09828 and 30" Model X09800 to cover the web and flanges. APF can assist on requirements for your particular sheet pile.

One Piece Sheet Pile Protector

• Models: SPPZZ27, X9PZ40, X9NZ19/21, X9PZC13, X9PZC18

The one piece sheet pile protector is available for the PZ27, PZ40, NZ19/21, PZC13 and PZC18 sheet piles. These protectors are made in the Z configuration for these particular sheets and are made to fit the pair in a left and right section. It opens a slightly larger hole to speed installation and preserve coatings.

Provides a safe, strong and efficient splice for Z shaped sheet piles. The splicer is a custom splice fabricated for the intended Z shape.

Benefits:	Minimum preparation is required on the sheet pile. Nut and bolt assembly allows for quick, easy alignment and weld attachment. Saves time and money versus full penetration welds.
